If you sign in with your email address and a password, just click the “Forgot password?” link right below the password field on the sign in screen. After entering your email address, you will receive a link to reset the password.
If you generally login with Facebook, you would not receive an email after clicking “Forgot password” and you can login by clicking the Sign in with Facebook button.
If you’re not able to access your Facebook profile, you may need to reset your password on Facebook, then log into Woobox.
