Just click the “Forgot password?” link right above the password field on the sign in screen. After entering the email address associated with your Woobox account, you will receive a link to reset the password.

If you generally login with Facebook and do not have a password set up, you would not receive an email after clicking “Forgot password?” and you can login by clicking the Sign in with Facebook button.

If you’re not able to access your Facebook profile, you may need to reset your password on Facebook, then log into Woobox.
