If you have created a Woobox campaign and want someone else within your organization to manage it, there are a few easy steps to take. They don’t need your Facebook password, and you don’t need to do anything special on your end. As long as they are an admin of the Facebook page, they already have access and just need to log-in using the Facebook log-in method.
When they log-in via Facebook, it’ll show us that they’re admin and display the business in their very own dashboard. All they need to do is sign up at woobox.com/signup for a free account and log in. After selecting the correct business, they should be able to see any campaigns you have created, as well as edit them.
If you need to set up permissions to block certain people from doing certain things, just visit the Access Control section.
If you would like someone to manage your non-Facebook business or they are not an admin of the Facebook page associated with the business, visit the Access Control page for the business. The access control page provides the ability to invite other admins by email as shown below. Clicking the link in the invite email will provide access rights to the business and it’s campaigns.
This method is great if you don’t want to give users admin access to the Facebook Page, but keep in mind this means they won’t be able to install tabs to the business page, post from within Woobox to your business page, or create/manage ads for the business page.
If you are on a plan with limited team members, you can grant or revoke Campaign permissions to allow team members access to manage campaigns and posts. If you are on a plan that supports multiple team members, you can add or revoke Campaign permissions in the list of admins below:
