Each of your businesses in Woobox is now equipped with powerful protection against bots, scripts, and spam entries. The spam filter should only appear and prevent users from entering if they are visiting from a known high-risk or fraudulent source. This feature is enabled by default for all campaigns under a business.
Sometimes, the filter can be triggered if you are using a VPN or proxy IP address, so we do recommend disabling those features before testing/entering a Woobox campaign. If known valid entries are being blocked (with VPNs/proxy IPs turned off), you can disable the Captcha filter for all campaigns in the Business Settings -> Bot Protection section.
If you disable Bot Protection, we recommend restricting entry by Facebook user if possible and collecting as much user data as you can in case you need to manually verify a winner.
