Error: Entry Already Created For User

When you get this error message, it means that you have your entry set to one per email address… but you don’t have an actual email field! Simply go to the Design section and add an Email field to the form element. This should fix the problem! For instructions on adding form fields, click here

Note: If you’re using a custom form, make sure the input name is “email” (all lowercase) so our system will detect it.
