Take Over Billing

In order to transfer the subscription to a different admin account, you’ll need to add the appropriate billing information to the ‘new’ account. To do this, simply follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the account where you want to move the subscription
  2. Go to the Change Plan page of the Business Settings
    change plan menu item
  3. Click Take Over Billingtake over billing button 
  4. Take over the subscription by entering your new billing information, then click Confirm.

NOTE: 
This will not charge the credit card until the start of the next billing cycle, since there is already a plan purchased for the business; but it will automatically transfer the subscription/billing management to the new Billing Admin’s account.

There is currently no option to send invoices to multiple/alternate emails, however, you can change the email address associated with the account (and the email that receives notifications for renewals, etc.) via your My Account section.
