Unable to publish. - Email integration

I have set up a form promotion and linked my constant contact account. I have set up a constant contact auto responder which is active however when I use the real time export feature and select constant contact from the options and save i get a message "unable to publish". I have searched FAQs nothing there? Any reason this is happening ? Need this up and running for tomorrow morning....

The form list is been used at an exhibition stand to capture emails. Is there anyway of getting a "back button" on to the post entry page?

Hello Andrew,

The most common fix for this issue, is the need to reconnect Woobox with your Facebook business page. To do this you will want to first log out of the Woobox dashboard. Then, log back in using the Facebook login button. This Facebook login button will reactivate your authorization token and allow for you to make those changes.
