Hi, I was wondering where I can extract the data solicited from users when the facebook auth dialog is displayed. Thanks for the help.

Hello Nancy,

You can export your entry data from the left sidebar menu by clicking “export”. Then the top option is going to be the entry data. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hi Nancy,

Any detailed information you need would need to be collected via the form. The facebook email is not given due to updates over a year ago to what Facebook allows to be collected. We do allow the setting of restricting it by Facebook, but what happens is that Facebook provides us a USER ID for that user, and that let’s us track if that user has entered or not.

You’ll need to export your data: http://help.woobox.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2553753-how-to-export-data
However, some of them are the same, because they’re hidden by Facebook (usually the User_ID starts with da39 when they’re hidden) and the others are masked ID’s that are given to individuals when they submit their data, but they do not lead to a users profile, because Facebook does not give us their actual User ID ever.

It looks like about 22 names pulled in, based on those users settings. And 4 emails pulled in. The other users did not provide that information via their privacy settings.

You can see all of that information I stated in your export.

Regards,
Elle
