In order to transfer the subscription to a different admin account, you’ll need to add the appropriate billing information to the ‘new’ account. To do this, simply follow the steps below.
- Log in to the account where you want to move the subscription
- Go to the Change Plan page of the Business Settings
- Click Take Over Billing and a pop up will appear with two options, to purchase a new plan or to take over the current subscription.
- Take over subscription by entering your new billing information, then click Confirm.
NOTE: For Solo subscriptions, this will not charge the credit card until the start of the next billing cycle, since there is already a plan purchased for the business; but it will automatically transfer the subscription/billing management to your ‘new’ account.
For Growth or Power subscriptions, you can purchase a new plan or add the business to an existing plan. You can transfer businesses between your own subscriptions at any time.
There's not an option at this point to send invoices to multiple/alternate emails, however, you can change the email address associated with the account (and the email that receives notifications for renewals, etc.) via your Account Settings.
